The Pilgrims as well as the parishioners bow their heads in respect before the blessed memory of Rev. Fr. Zacharias Pudussery. It is his zeal and spirit that inspired the foundation of the newly built spacious church. He was the vicar of the shrine for five years and the joyful experiences of those days still spur the ferver of the people.
